Identical twins. To a normal person they all seem very strange, but Scarlet and Ivy take the prize for the strangest pair. They were always close, until Scarlet went off to boarding school. Even though they were apart, they still kept in contact, until Scarlet died.
One short summer later, Ivy receives a letter that she will take the place of Scarlet. When she arrives at the school though, she finds out she will actually replace Scarlet! By that it means Ivy will become Scarlet! Everything gets weirder when she finds a page of Scarlet's diary and it seems Scarlet knew that Ivy was going to replace her. Ivy follows the trails of diary pages around the school to find out what really happened to Scarlet. Come with Ivy as she discovers a mystery worth telling.
The Lost Twin (Scarlet and Ivy) is mysterious and could be seen as even a little scary, although I find it nothing of the kind. The Lost Twin (Scarlet and Ivy) written by Sophie Cleverly, is still amazing and wonderful to me though. Just make sure you aren't reading it if you are probably like seven or younger. Honestly, I think anyone with a love of mystery would love this book.
